We would like to inform you about a recent update in ShortPoint that may cause the header background color to be removed, turning it white and making primary menus difficult to see. This issue occurs when a background color is set through SharePoint Settings > Change the Look > Header.
Rest assured, we are actively working on a hot fix package that will resolve this issue. In the meantime, you can apply the following solutions:
1. Apply a Header Background Color Using ShortPoint Theme Builder
• Navigate to: Site Contents > ShortPoint Dashboard > Theme Builder > Customize My Site.
• Go to Header > Background.
• Set a color under Header Color Overlay.
2. Roll Back to the Previous Version (temporary)
• If you need to apply the fix across multiple site collections, we recommend rolling back to your previous ShortPoint version, where this issue does not exist.
