News Connections breaking the load of SharePoint WebPart in Internet Explorer browser on SharePoint 2019

    After update to 7.5.5.2 ShortPoint version on SharePoint 2019, users who have news connections on their pages are not able to load them in Internet Explorer browser.

    This issue happens due to a code change that is not supported by Internet Explorer browser.

    We are working on fixing this issue in the product.

Site Contents/ Document Library/List modern pages are loading blank when Site Layout is set in Modern Theme Builder

    Users who have set the Site Layout in Modern Theme Builder are experiencing issues with loading Site Contents or Document Library/List pages. All these pages are loading blank.

    We are currently experiencing issues with ShortPoint Footer on classic pages. Footer is not appearing on the page, after creating it in ShortPoint Generator and setting to display on your sites using Classic Theme Builder.
