We want to provide an important update regarding the Chrome update issue affecting ShortPoint contents on your SharePoint pages. For SharePoint 2019 and Microsoft 365 customers, we have released version 8.3.4.599, which includes the fix for this issue.
If Auto Update is enabled in your ShortPoint Dashboard, this version will be installed automatically. For assistance with updating, please reach out to our support team. For those using SharePoint 2013/2016, we have provided a JavaScript code solution that can be found on the article below.

We have identified that the issue occurs when Design elements with visibility settings (both device and people/group visibility) are applied. These elements may display as blank or with loading shimmers.
